Emergency Language
Emergency Language is a series of canvases inscribed with the charged vocabulary of 2020. Words are pressed, smeared, and repeated until they fracture, treating language as an unstable material under stress. Repetition and urgency erode legibility, leaving behind a residue of affects like fear, control, and unrest impressed into the surface.
